On Wednesday, January 9 at 7:30 p.m., Vastu will host an Open House for those searching for a way to bring their yoga practice to the next level. The event includes an information meeting about Vatsu’s upcoming weekend teacher training intensives along with a free yoga class.

“Do you want to share with others the benefits yoga has brought to your life?” asks Aura Lehrer, co-owner of Vastu. “Explore limitless possibilities and your deepest dreams

during Vastu’s Anahata Teacher Training Yoga Program.” The intensives will occur once a month, from February to October 2013. Upon successfully completing the program, participants will be certified yoga teachers with the ability to register with the nationally accredited Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level.

“Participants in the program will be on a journey of selfdiscovery which will take you through Vinyasa yoga practices, discussions, journaling, reflection, and meditation. Learn asanas, anatomy and alignment, ayurvedic principles, practical yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, teaching techniques, business tips and so much more,” invites Aura Lehrer, co-owner of Vastu.
