New Yoga Studio Offers Unique Variety of Classes

Expectant moms, teens and teachers all will find something at the new Bumble-Fly Yoga Studio. Located on Smith Clove Road in Central Valley, the studio offers a wide variety of classes including several different levels and styles of yoga classes.

Studio owner/director Arlene Kobylinski, a registered yoga teacher, has planned a series of pre-natal yoga classes that run as an eight week series with drop-ins welcome. There also are Teen Yoga and Hip-Hop classes for kids. Mid- Day Revival Yoga classes are available after school hours with a special discounted rate for teachers. Other classes for adults include a fusion Belly dance-yoga class with the mystical Elizabeth Muise and a Beautiful Body Ballet class that is a mix of yoga, Pilates and traditional ballet exercises to strengthen the core and lengthen the body, giving you that long lean dancer’s body. Bumble-fly also offers meditation, Zumba, lunch classes, Yogalates, Pilates and monthly evening dance socials.

Playtime for children in our Kids’ Corner during daytime classes is available by reservation, so while moms attend the morning and lunch yoga classes, their children will engage in arts and crafts, stories and more.

Kobylinski believes in the power of yoga to change people and says “it is so rewarding to see people transform to a much more peaceful and strong place in their lives as they practice. I love sharing the joy that yoga has brought me throughout my 20-plus years of doing it. Yoga allows me to be a better person, a better mother, a better friend on top of all the physical benefits I enjoy.”

Location: 34 Smith Clove Rd. (off Valley Ave.), Central Valley. For a complete list of classes, contact arlene@bumble-fly.com or 262-0359 or visit Bumble-Fly.com.
