“As a certified health coach, I often have people tell me that they exercise but can’t lose weight or they eat healthy but can’t lose weight. A common denominator is that they are not doing both. That is why starting in May, Simply Nutrition Health Counseling is coming together with Bodies by Class to offer nutrition classes. Bodies by Class is a new fitness studio in Warwick that offers classes such as Pilates, Zumba®, yoga, Tabata, boot camp and much more.
Douglass will be presenting classes on a variety of topics including sugar and weight gain (May 2), healthy senior living (May 16) and athletes and nutrition (May 8). Lori Douglass is a certified health coach and received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Douglass meets with clients individually or in groups and leads workshops on nutrition.
