Explore Your Relationship with Food Workshop

On Wednesday, June 12, join wellness practitioner Lara Eisenberg as she helps you explore your relationship with food through body, breath, emotions and thoughts. If you are tired of struggling with your food choices, she will help you learn how to restore your body’s natural harmony. Healthy refreshments will be served and there will be raffles and free gifts.

As a wellness practitioner, Eisenberg helps her clients understand the correlation between dis-ease and nutrition and how thought patterns, emotions, stress, traumas and unresolved childhood wounds can impact the body and mind. Eisenberg holds dual masters degrees in psychology and is a certified Integrative Yoga Therapist, Somatic Experiencing practitioner and meditation instructor.

The workshop will be held at the Bee Spa & Retail Store. Owner Lori Balletta-Averginos shares, “We are thrilled to be hosting Lara and look forward to holding more events like this for our community. We are pleased to donate 10% of the profits from this workshop to the Center for Safety and Change (formerly Rockland Family Shelter).”

The Bee Spa offers a unique shopping experience that strives for a home away from home feeling. They exclusively sell BeeAlive® products including Royal Jelly, honey and dietary supplements and use the Bee-Alive Spa Essentials line in their spa. They also sell bee’s wax candles, hand-made jewelry, local artist work and customized gift baskets. Bee Spa offers facials, massages and spa parties for girls and women.
