Arlene Kobylinski, founder of Sol Full Yoga, is pleased to welcome David Romanelli, author of Yeah Dave’s Guide to Livin’ the Moment and pioneer for integrating ancient traditions into pop culture, for two workshops in June. He recently launched The Momenteer Movement to restore the present moment's proper place in the modern world, which is the underlying theme for both workshops.

In the Live Forever Yoga & Wine workshop on Saturday, June 8, Romanelli will help participants align with the flow that moves through life. He reminds us that if we are out of alignment, we will feel those aches and pains but when we are aligned we feel as if we can live forever. The afternoon includes flow yoga, awesome tunes and an after-yoga tasting of fine wines.

On Sunday, June 9, join Romanelli for Lessons from a 122 Year Old with a Yoga and Chocolate workshop. This Vinyasa flow class was inspired by the oldest woman in the history of the world, Jeanne Calment (who died in Arles, France in 1997 at the age of 122). Her secret to longevity and happiness? She ate two pounds of chocolate per week. The point being—relax, enjoy life and live in the moment. After the class, attendees will indulge in a tasting of exotic chocolates from Vosges Haut-Chocolat.

Location: 34 Smith Clove Rd. (off Valley Ave.), Central Valley. To register or for more information, contact 827-6220 or yogarlene@optimum.net or visit SolFull Yoga.com.
