What is R.I.P.P.E.D.?

It’s a one hour, plateau-proof class that incorporates Resistance, Interval training, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. These elements are combined in a fun, safe, doable and extremely effective way to give you the body you desire.

The “R” stands for Resistance, and this segment works the biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Next, Interval training focuses on the cardiovascular system, with higher intensity exercises that last for one or two minutes at a time. These interval exercises are intended to raise heart rates and work the lungs. The first “P” in R.I.P.P.E.D. stands for Power, and during this segment, participants are led through a series of moves that work the big metabolic muscles of the chest, back, glutes and thighs. The second “P” stands for Plyometrics—a series of moves that help build agility, coordination and explosiveness. “E” is for endurance. It’s accomplished through a mixed martial arts segment. Finally, the “D” stands for diet. The R.I.P.P.E.D. program offers an online tool that helps people eat in a way that will decrease excess weight, making sure that the newly toned muscles gained at R.I.P.P.E.D. aren’t hidden under too much fat.

The class covers all the bases, and because nutrition is so important, the diet element is built seamlessly into the exercise program.
