When it comes to tooth whitening, the market is flooded with options. There are really only two categories: Inoffice or at-home whitening and there are pros and cons to each. Before choosing any option, make sure to discuss it with your dentist to determine if it is worth your time and money.
Mindfulness, the latest buzzword, recently has hit Time magazine. The word is everywhere; you can’t get away from it. It’s used as an adverb (mindful eating, mindful walking, mindful working, mindful parenting), a clothing line, a magazine and even a tea brand. More and more people are gravitating toward the pull of this ancient wisdom of mindfulness not because it’s the latest fad, but because it’s a means of coping in an overly stimulating, competitive and demanding society. We may have become disconnected from our source of inspiration and experience life less fully than we wish. Thankfully, we can reconnect to our path by creating new energies and an awareness of what inspires us.
